"Bottomline" was a joint venture of two popular local groups teaming up to one driving force. Jack and Boyd of "Rhythm Scorcher" fame, teamed up with Chavez and Travis of "Shark" fame, to create a unique sound for the western St Louis area.
We are sad to say that Travis had to leave the band because he moved to the Lake of the Ozarks area, we still are great friends with Travis and wish him the very best!!
We are currently auditioning people to fill Travis's spot as lead guitar player and as soon as we find the right man for the job, we will be up and running so don't count us out, we are being selective to find the right person with the talent and commitment it takes.
More About Bottomline
When we fill Travis's spot, we will be a 4 pc group that consists of Chavez on Bass and Vocals, Jack on Rhythm Guitar and Vocals, "the new person" on Lead Guitar, and Boyd on Drums and Vocals.
We Play Classic Rock mainly, with Some Blues Rock, and some Alternative Rock thrown in for good measure.

This band consists of friends, Jack and Chavez went to school together and have known each other over 30 years. Boyd and Jack have been Jamming together in bands for over 20 years.
We all write songs, allthough in the group, so far, we play cover songs. We have plans to record in Jacks home studio "Jjmar Studios"
Every rehersal we have had so far, has been very productive, and the time went by quickly because we have fun each time we reherse, which isn't that what music is all about anyway? Having fun?
